The 3 Types of Innovation
More than ever, businesses need to be distinctive and innovative to stay alive. But if you think there is only one way to innovate, you’re wrong. There are actually three types of innovation: Sustaining, Disruptive and Transformative.
Sustainable Innovation is about technological changes that improve the efficiency of the current business model. This is a common form of innovation. Improvements can easily integrate within existing processes without taking any exorbitant risks.
When innovative developments emerge and bring completely new technology to the market, that disrupts existing companies, we’re talking about Disruptive Innovation.
Transformative Innovation lies between these two types of innovation. Companies are already aware of new technological solutions that emerge but are not yet integrated into the organization. Here the focus is on exploiting new business models, instead of improving the existing system.

And after this two-day innovation bootcamp, you will also have mastered this important growth technique. In what language will the training be facilitated?
The full course is initially in Dutch. But will be facilitated in English if international participants will also be present.
